One of our most loved events of the year — a chance for students to step into the role of choreographer, creator and performer. Every routine is student-made, every moment is theirs.

Students choreograph their own Solo, Duo or Trio routine in Jazz, Lyrical or Hip Hop, attend guided Rehearsal Sessions with Stummer teachers, and perform on a real theatre stage.

Students submit their music idea at booking and wait for our approval before beginning choreography. Once music is confirmed, students create their own choreography at home. Rehearsal Sessions are for refining, coaching and stage preparation — not creating choreography from scratch.

How Scheduling Works

At booking, you'll submit your general Saturday availability. We'll use this to allocate your final session time/s and confirm these closer to the event.

You don't select specific times — we handle the scheduling so you don't have to.

  • Jazz, Lyrical and Hip Hop.

  • Junior (Ages 6–8), Subbie (Ages 9–12), Inter (Ages 13–15) and Senior (Year 10+).

  • Bronze is perfect for first-timers or students who want the performance experience with one Rehearsal Session. Silver is our most popular — two rehearsal sessions gives great preparation time. Gold is ideal for students who want maximum coaching and feedback.

  • Yes — submit your music idea (song and artist) at booking. We'll approve it or suggest alternatives before your first Rehearsal Session. We recommend waiting for music approval before beginning choreography so no work needs to be redone.

  • Once their music has been approved! Submit the music idea at booking, wait for our confirmation, then start creating at home. Rehearsal Sessions are for refining and coaching — not creating from scratch — so the more prepared your child is, the better.

  • Just one parent or guardian should complete the booking for the whole group. You'll be asked to list all dancer names. Please don't submit separate bookings for the same routine.

  • Yes! Simply complete a separate booking for each routine.

  • Yes — places are capped due to Rehearsal Session capacity. We recommend registering early to secure your spot and preferred package.

  • Yes! This year we've moved to a package-based system with structured Rehearsal Sessions. Everything is included upfront — it's simpler, better value and a much more organised experience.

  • Students are welcome to wear their own costume or hire one from Stummer Studio for $40. Costume hire can be added at the time of booking. Our team will confirm your allocation before your first Rehearsal Session.
